Wisdom Designs offers complete pre-visualization services for your event.
What is pre-visualization? It is the ability to create a 3D computer rendering
to replicate what your event will look like long before the first trucks of
equipment are unloaded.
It used to be that a client would walk into a room once it was setup and
either love it or want to change it. Changes once on site are very costly, and
quite often there simply isn't enough time or budget to achieve them. Using
renderings to pre-visualize your event allows us to take a look at the finished
product while there is still plenty of time to make changes. We can even
offer you multiple versions of a design concept to choose from. The
renderings are then converted to standard digital picture files you can easily
print or share electronically amongst your coworkers.
We have found the renderings to be an invaluable tool for a multitude of
purposes: From simply trying to see if 50 tables of 10 people can fit in a
ballroom, to helping the television crew see the possible angles that they can
film within the set. The renderings allow us to present the entire team with
a unified view of what the final design will look like so that we are all on the
same page going forwards.
